You're here because you need jerseys printed — not browsed, not compared indefinitely. Whether it's a football club, a corporate sports day, a school team, or a futsal league in Ampang, you need someone who manufactures the garment, prints the design, and ships it to your door so fast. We are the biggest custom jersey manufacturer and supplier in Malaysia with production capacity around 100K per month, 3k per day.

4na Printing handles the whole chain — design, fabric, cut, sublimation print, finishing. We’re based in Pandan Indah, Ampang, and we’ve been producing custom jerseys for teams, clubs, schools, and businesses across Malaysia since 2012.

This page covers three things most jersey buyers get wrong: design spec, sizing, and fabric choice. Get these right upfront and your order arrives exactly as expected. Get them wrong and you’re reprinting.

Jersey Designs We Print — What You Can Customise

Before you even touch a fabric swatch, the design conversation matters most. Here's what full customisation looks like at our jersey printing shop.

What You Can Fully Customise on Every Jersey

Every jersey we produce is built to your specification. That includes:

  • Name and number printing — standard for team sports kits; we print name, squad number, or both
  • Sponsor logos and badges — club crests, sponsor patches, association logos
  • Collar and sleeve design — colour blocking, piping, gradient transitions
  • Inner neck label — your brand or team name, printed or woven
  • Shorts and socks — matching set production available

Custom Cut & Design

Any non-standard requirement

If you’re asking where can I get customised football tops, this is your full answer — we don’t restrict you to templates. You submit your design file, we refine it, you approve the mockup, and we produce.

Design File Requirements

For the cleanest print output, submit your artwork in AI, EPS, PDF, or high-resolution PNG (minimum 150 DPI at print size). If you only have a JPG or low-res file, our design team can rebuild your artwork — just let us know upfront.

Jersey Sizes — Malaysia Standard Size Chart

Sizing is where most jersey orders hit problems. Malaysian body proportions differ from European cut standards, and sports jerseys in particular need to account for layering, movement, and climate comfort.

Below is our Malaysia-standard jersey size guide. All measurements are in centimetres, taken flat across the garment.

How to Choose the Right Size for Your Team

The most common mistake teams make is ordering all mediums and larges without checking. Here's a practical approach:

For sports jerseys: Size up by one if your players wear base layers underneath. Malaysian heat means most prefer a relaxed fit over compression, so going one size above the chest measurement is common and sensible.

For polo jerseys: These run closer to body measurements. Match the chest measurement directly to the size guide.

For mixed-gender teams: Women's jerseys follow a different cut. Tell us your ratio of male to female players and we'll produce the appropriate cut for each group.

For youth and school teams: We produce children's sizes from age 8 upwards. Supply us your players' ages and heights and we'll recommend size allocations.

We accept mixed-size orders within a single design run — you don't need to order one size only. Most team orders span 5–6 different sizes in the same batch.

Jersey Fabrics — Which Material Is Right for Your Order

Fabric choice directly affects how comfortable the jersey feels, how well the print holds, how the garment breathes in Malaysian heat, and how long it lasts after repeated washing. This section breaks down the five fabrics we use most regularly for jersey printing in Malaysia — with honest notes on where each one performs best.

    Polyester Microfibre (100% Polyester)

Best for: Sublimation printing, football kits, full-panel custom designs

This is the most widely used fabric for custom jersey printing in Malaysia — and for good reason. Polyester microfibre accepts sublimation ink at the molecular level, which means the print bonds permanently into the fibre. There's no surface layer to crack or peel.

It's lightweight (typically 140–160 GSM), quick-drying, and performs well in KL's heat and humidity. If your design uses gradients, photographic elements, or all-over print, this is the fabric you need.

Not ideal for: Cotton-blend printing, heavy-duty workwear

    Bird Eye Mesh (100% Polyester)

Best for: Futsal, basketball, indoor sports, high-activity team kits

Bird Eye is identifiable by its small circular perforated pattern — hence the name. Those micro-holes create genuine airflow across the body, making it noticeably cooler than flat polyester during intense physical activity.

It's a firm favourite for futsal and basketball clubs across Ampang and KL. The texture adds a premium visual quality to jerseys, and it prints well with sublimation across the smooth areas of the weave.

Not ideal for: Fine-detail gradients that cross the textured surface heavily

    Dry-Fit / Cool-Dri Polyester

Best for: Running jerseys, athletics, corporate sports events, marathon teams

Dry-fit fabric uses moisture-wicking technology to pull sweat away from the skin and push it to the outer surface of the jersey where it evaporates. For outdoor events in Malaysian conditions, this is the practical choice.

It's smooth-surface, prints cleanly with sublimation, and feels noticeably different from standard polyester to the touch — softer, slightly more structured. Most corporate marathon and company sports day jerseys we produce use this fabric.

Not ideal for: Contact sports where durability under friction matters more than moisture management

Polyester Spandex (Lycra Blend — typically 88/12 or 85/15)

Best for: Cycling jerseys, compression-fit sportswear, athletic performance kits

The spandex content — usually 12–15% — gives this fabric a four-way stretch that returns to shape after every movement. Cycling jerseys rely on this for aerodynamic fit. It also flatters athletic builds and is the go-to choice for teams that want a sharp, tight-fitting kit aesthetic.

Sublimation printing on polyester spandex requires careful calibration to prevent colour distortion under stretch — something we've managed consistently since this fabric became mainstream in Malaysian sportswear.

Not ideal for: Casual or loose-fit jersey styles

    Honeycomb Polyester (Waffle Weave)

Best for: Premium club jerseys, presentation kits, high-profile team uniforms

Honeycomb polyester has a textured hexagonal surface pattern that gives jerseys a distinctly premium look — noticeably different from flat polyester at a glance. It's breathable, mid-weight (typically 160–180 GSM), and durable.

Teams that want their kit to stand out visually — without using a novelty print — often choose this fabric. It's popular for end-of-season presentation kits and club jerseys worn to competitions.

Not ideal for: All-over photographic sublimation prints where the texture interferes with fine detail

Why Teams Across Malaysia Order Their Custom Jerseys From Us

We don't manufacture in a third-party facility and resell. Every jersey we produce goes through our own in-house production in Pandan Indah, Ampang — cutting, sewing, printing, quality checking, packing.

That matters for two reasons. First, we control quality at every stage. Second, we move faster because there's no external vendor in the chain.

Here's what separates our custom jersey printing from generic options:

    • In-house sublimation printing — no outsourcing, which means tighter colour control and faster turnaround on corrections if needed.
    • Name and number printing included — football jersey name printing and squad number application is part of our standard team kit service, not an add-on charge.
    • Mixed-size production — one order, multiple sizes, one delivery. We don't require uniform size runs.
    • 98% customer retention rate — clubs that order once generally order every season. That's not marketing — it's what happens when the jerseys arrive on time, sized correctly, and exactly as approved.
    • 12+ years of jersey production — since 2012, we've supplied custom football jerseys, futsal kits, basketball uniforms, cycling jerseys, and polo team sets to clubs and organisations nationwide.

Frequently Asked Questions — Jersey Printing Malaysia

Sublimation printing bonds ink directly into polyester fibres at a molecular level — there's no surface layer, so the print won't crack, peel, or fade regardless of washing. It works exclusively on polyester or high-polyester blends. DTF (Direct-to-Film) applies a printed film to the fabric surface and suits cotton and cotton-blend jerseys well. For sportswear jerseys in Malaysia where polyester is the dominant fabric, sublimation is almost always the better choice — especially for all-over or multi-colour panel designs.

Yes. We produce mixed-size runs within the same design batch. Most team orders include anywhere from 3 to 7 different sizes. Submit your size breakdown when you request a quote and we'll confirm production feasibility and pricing.

We offer name and number printing as part of team kit orders. Whether this is included in your per-unit price or quoted separately depends on the print method and volume — we'll clarify this in your quote. Football jersey name printing with squad numbers is one of our most frequent requests and we handle it routinely.

AI (Adobe Illustrator) or EPS vector files give us the most flexibility — we can scale without quality loss. PDF (vector-based) also works well. If you're sending raster artwork, PNG at 150 DPI minimum at full print size is acceptable. Avoid sending JPEGs as your primary file if you want the sharpest possible colour output on fabric.

If different members need different name/number combinations, yes — that's standard for team kits. If you need fundamentally different design layouts for different players in the same order, we'll assess this based on the scope. Contact us with your specific requirement and we'll advise the most cost-effective production path.

Start with the activity. For high-intensity outdoor sports like football in KL heat, Bird Eye Mesh or Dry-Fit polyester maximise airflow. For indoor futsal or basketball, standard polyester microfibre works well. For cycling, you want polyester spandex for fit and flexibility. For corporate events or presentations, honeycomb polyester looks premium and feels comfortable. If you're unsure, tell us the sport, whether it's indoor or outdoor, and we'll recommend the right fabric.

Yes. Volume-based pricing applies from a certain quantity threshold. Sports associations, school boards, and club administrators who place recurring seasonal orders receive adjusted rates. Contact us with your annual volume estimate and we'll discuss a structured pricing arrangement.

We run colour calibration checks before every production batch. For sublimation, this means verifying heat press temperatures, dwell times, and pressure against your approved design proof. We print a test piece before committing the full run. If your design uses Pantone references, provide them — we'll match as closely as the fabric and ink combination allows and flag any deviation before production begins.

Yes — sample jerseys are available prior to bulk production. Sample orders involve a setup and production cost that we'll quote separately. Most clients producing a first-time kit or a major redesign request a sample. It's the best way to confirm fit, fabric feel, and colour before your full batch goes into production. Factor sample turnaround into your timeline when planning.
